HOT | 15 MINUTES
Experience the Warmth
Allow the heat to envelop you. As your body temperature rises, blood vessels on the surface of your skin dilate, reducing blood pressure and enhancing circulation. This promotes a profound sense of calm and introspection.
Our dry sauna is the pinnacle of your thermal journey. Challenge yourself to 15 minutes of invigorating heat. Focus on controlling your breathing to enhance the experience.
COLD | 3 MINUTES
Embrace the Chill
The cold plunge tightens your pores, sealing in the heat absorbed in the sauna, boosting blood pressure, and preparing your body to flush out toxins and release muscle tension.
Our cold plunge is the most intense part of the thermal journey. Take a deep breath and submerge yourself, head to toe, in the icy water. Feel the shock of the cold and resist the urge to exit immediately. Challenge yourself to stay submerged for a few seconds to a few minutes, embracing the invigorating effects.
RELAX | 15 MINUTES
Savour the Moment
Indulge in complete rest. Sit back, close your eyes, and let the benefits of thermal therapy wash over you. This is the time for your body to restore normal blood circulation and heart rate.
Consider this an ideal moment for meditation. Focus on deep, even breathing, quieting your mind to enhance recovery. Allow yourself to be fully present, embracing these moments of calm and reflection.
Repeat this cycle of hot, rest, cold, rest as many times as you would like for your hour and a half session.
